Rent or buy the bridesmaid dresses?

For the bride, besides her wedding outfit, the bridesmaids represent the second task to accomplish. After all she has the chance to make its dreaming bridal appearance, to dress up the girls in what style she wants. But this is not quite a pleasure; with this entire responsibility in its hands it is after all in its interest to make it all be of a prefect look.




Apart from this, the bridesmaid dresses represent another payment. She imposes the dresses, so that she pays for them. Not only that but the bride remains with them or she gives them as presents. It is after all like the bridal dress, an investment for an outfit needed a day. But nor can you skip thus part and let your maids of honors come dressed causal and create a rainbow of colors and a chaos in styles. The middle solution, as to combine the need to have these dresses, plus not to pay so much for them is to rent the bridesmaid dresses.

If not convinced about this, oscillating between rent the bridesmaid dresses or buy them means that you have to make a balance in every aspect and see what is more convenient for you and for your budget, of course.

First in your list represents the entire payment. Plus, count the fact that you cannot just take any type of dress- sometimes it may be needed to recur to a special order, to seamstress as to have the whole sizes need. Nor the designs cannot be of a too dull one, no common image as after all you want to gain the upper hand and impress everyone in originality. So, from this point of view, to buy the dresses is not what you can afford. But when it comes about renting them things are easier: you pay a sum of money, you take the dresses on contract for a day, you return them and that is it. Count that you can have any dress style, even expensive ones, signed by famous designers and still, everything at a low renting price.

Furthermore, the variety of models may be a limited list for the renting method. Mostly if you need a plus size there are no chances for you to find it. At the renting stores the dresses are not available in many sizes, not too many of them of the same style. With such aspects considering it seems that you have no target mission if you start the research here. It is not like in a store where you can see and find a dress in all its sizes, in all its colors, adjustable and so on.

Not even now truly convinced yet about rent or buy the bridesmaid dresses let me mention more: when renting you pay a fee as guarantee but the real problem is that in case the dress will be stained or damaged you have to pay the entire sum of money for it. What is the point to save some money? And how can you guarantee for your bridesmaids attention and care in this way?
