A maternity bridesmaid dress is defined firstly by its long length. For a pregnant or ex pregnant woman the legs are swollen and it is not a good part to be shown. Not only this but in some cases a short dress may reveal as well the cellulite, a thing or better said a nightmare that must be hidden. Consequently, a long dress is the only and preferential type from this angle of view.

Going further, for the waist part things are different according to each one’s situation. For a pregnant woman it should be a large dress, an empire waist as to let the belly part as comfortable as possible. One in this situation may feel like no air, with heat puffs and so the dress cannot be tight at all. As for an ex pregnant lady things are almost alike: after the pregnancy period has ended the belly does not come to its initial shape so quickly. Consequently, one’s belly may be the same big and must be hidden; even tough it is not a problem of health and sense of good to have a tight dress is not indicated.
Last, but not least, the bust and the cleavage parts are the ones that become the best cards of a bridesmaid in this situation. Choose a V neckline for a generous view at this side. And because the bottom part is so covered, the shoulders should be as opposite.
