How to combine grey bridesmaid dresses?
If you read my other
articles, probably you already know that I’m wearing and I’m investing only in sober and dark color clothes (actually, I’m wearing only black outfits). For me, wearing only black clothes is a personal mark, is my style, black speaks about my personality. Since lots of years ago, I give up in considering that black is a sober shade and now I consider it being the symbol of elegance. Few days ago, a friend of mine, asked me why I don’t try to supply black with other shade? Grey, for example! First of all, I thought, no…grey is too fade for me. Black is totally expressive. But she gave me some reasons for why I should invest also in grey pieces, and yes, finally I already bought a
grey bridesmaid dress for the wedding I must go soon. And here are some of the reasons for why grey is now other favorite shade of mine:
-grey also speaks about my personality. If black is very expressive, grey is more classic, subtle, refined, calm and totally refreshing. If black says the story of my body curves, grey only suggests it. Is a delicate and harmonious shade which offers to your body a calm manner of moving. If usually I opt for some sex appeal or for a plus of elegance when I wear black outfit, wearing grey is just about naturalness and freshness.

-I don’t know how is in your city, but here, is totally hot and I must admit that wearing black outfit day and night it only gets me even hotter. Maybe is just the autosuggestion (I still didn’t clear the problem), but I noticed that while I was wearing a
grey classic gown in the middle of the day, I was feeling much refreshed, cool and cozy (although I was wearing high heels). And yes, almost I forgot other advantage of wearing grey outfit: grey is a shade that can be worn during day, but also during night party or cocktails, special dinners and yes, at weddings party. Grey is a warmly color, not sober, very delicate, approachable and almost speaks about a person’s abilities of socializing, of creating friendship relations, of helping. Grey is a totally friendly shade.
-And now, I’d like to say some things about how to combine grey with other colors and I’ll try to make a short parallel between combination of black and combination of grey. Personally, often I was getting angry because I combination with black clothes was not what I dreamed for. It’s truly hard to create a perfect black outfit. (in many situations, you can look very cheap, too sober or too sophisticated when the situation doesn’t require it). But, working with grey shade is just a sweet play. You can combine this warm shade with the entire pallet of colors: pink, yellow, red, clared, white, green and so on. You’ll avoid hard contrasts and you’ll be a classy lady!

And now let me present you some
grey bridesmaid dresses from these two pictures:
-it seems that actresses discovered the power of grey. The skin looks amazing in grey and the look is totally relaxed, calm and natural. As I said before, grey offers you freshness! Combined with silvery accessories is a classy, delicate and luxurious combination which speaks volumes about good aesthetic senses (first picture).
-the second photo is truly amazing. There is not an ordinary array, but is about a sophisticated, yet natural charming Bohemian outfit. Grey combined with khaki, brown, little gold and black is just an extraordinary captivating look!
