Formal bridesmaid dress- Chicago

A dress is beautiful no matter the style and cut of the dress. A dress makes a woman elegant, expressing the femininity. And when it comes about a wedding the dress should be of a diaphanous aspect. No matter your role in the wedding decor you need to stand out with an impressive dress. But when it comes about bridesmaids dresses things are more complicated. Of course, depending also on the wedding theme and style they should be representative, but let’s not forget the fact that they are after all bridal symbol.

Choosing the bridesmaid dresses is not an easy task to accomplish. But with some steps you establish at the very beginning it will be easier. First it counts if it is as pretentious wedding or an informal one. For the second type the range of options are of a wide category: large dresses, with no corset, no tight ones, with no too decked out aspect, less accessories.

Formal bridesmaid dresses are the ones that require more attention. They must match with the whole wedding concept, they must be imposing and elegant, but at the same time feminine. How to choose the most suitable formal dress type?

First it counts the location. Everything related to your wedding must take into consideration the place. In Chicago is not that easy to organize an outdoor wedding with the so unpredictable weather. Not for nothing it is also called “windy city”. And even if the wedding is not an outdoor one, take into consideration the temperatures. It is not that warm outside to allow you wearing short or uncovered shoulders. Considering this, the bridesmaid dresses should be of a long length. This way the formal style is accentuates, with imposing long dresses.

Going further, as I was saying above in Chicago the temperatures are not mild. And so, at the bottom part of the gowns it is better to have a bolero. It is better to be cautious, to have what to put on you in case it is cold outside instead of freezing.

Besides this, the bride should take into consideration that split dress is not an option for formal bridesmaid dresses. Also, not too decked out aspect. Better simple, but elegant at the same time. So, a simple ribbon attached at the waist will put value on bridesmaid silhouette, and at the same time it creates the sober and formal aspect needed.

Regarding the color it all depends on the wedding theme. But for sure good to avoid are too shrill colors, phosphorescent ones, those who make you think about youth eccentricity: powerful yellow, too light green or hot pink.

All in all, Chicago as your wedding location creates a peaceful, friendly atmosphere, proper for a formal type one. And for this, even your bridesmaid dresses have to fit in the decor. With the above pieces of advice your success is guaranteed.
