A-line Wedding Gowns

The most popular style of wedding dress; dresses shaped in A silhouette have a good reason to be the first among preferences: they favor any figure and they have the ability to hide any defects. Of course that this type of wedding dress can be described by a multitude of details which can help you to successfully mask your small defects and I will offer you in this article, three examples that will help you start looking for the perfect wedding dress, dress that will complete your great look in your wedding day.

A-line description: This model is an ideal combination between the princesses wedding dress with empire models. More specifically, the dress starts with a line tight around the bust and then it goes large but is not really tight like a bodice because it expands little by little immediately below the bust, as the empire dresses. Skirt dress can differ in diameter but not as large as the princess gown, and it allows larger movements.

This style is complimenting any figure but below we offer you some tips about their details that you must take into account to an A-line wedding dress, when you want to hide some defects:

If you have a bigger bust: Avoid the dresses with a straight and very high cleavage. Avoid also the V – cleavage which is composed of straps attached to the neck. They will make your bust to look even greater. You better choose a heart-shaped cleavage or V-simple, with straps over the shoulders; make sure it is simple, anyway. If you want a strapless dress, you must choose a dress that will cover at least 90% of the bust. You can add a bolero of a transparent fabric if you want.

If you have a small bust. First of all, do not choose a dress with a deep cleavage. Choose a cleavage which is straight or V-shaped but not very deep, because otherwise you will highlight even more the lack. You must be careful about the bra that your going to wear; choose it depending on the cleavage: necessarily with sponge, but if the cleavage is straight, so the bra should be and if the cleavage is V-shaped, then the bra cup should be the same.

If you have wide hips. First, in your case, the A-line wedding dress is ideal because its model is such that cover the hips and makes your appearance proportionate. In your case, you must avoid the A-line dresses that have their skirts narrow (especially when they are made of fluids fabrics that sticks to the body). Choose a wide skirt, which is distanced from the body, a wide skirt which is hiding the hips and highlights the waist.

These are my examples for today but in the following articles about A-line wedding gowns, I will write about other tips such as: if your shoulders are too wide, if you are too skinny, if you are too tall and fatty, if you are too tall and skinny, if you are too short and fatty, etc.
